Academic Services
In order to adjust customer service to the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, Academic Services will provide University of Minho students with a new video call service starting May 18.

This service will run through the Microsoft Teams platform at the following time:
Monday to Friday: 10 am - 12 pm and 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm .

For this purpose, students will be able to access Teams online or download the application, using the access data to the University's electronic services to authenticate themselves. Then, just have to select one of the Academic Services contacts (help), according to the subject matter:
Serviço de Gestão Académica (Graduação), for subjects related to undergraduate and integrated master's courses;
Serviço de Gestão Académica (Pós-Graduação), for subjects related to specialization courses, master's and doctorate.

Additionally, following the provisions of Order RT-45/2020, of May 8, which approves guidelines for the progressive lifting of containment measures within Covid-19, the Academic Services will resume the face-to-face service, from the same date, being, however, this service subject to prior appointment, the use of a mask and hand hygiene.

The request for scheduling face-to-face service must be submitted through the video call service.

The Academic Services will continue with the reinforced attendance services by email, through the addresses and, and via the Electronic Desk of the Academic Portal, Requests area, so as to respond more quickly to all requests.
