MOBILITY FOR STUDIES

Requesting for an extension of the mobility period can only be made from the 1st to the 2nd semester of the same academic year.

The request must be made by e-mail to the address: incoming@usai.uminho.pt up to 30 days before the end of the 1st semester.

It is mandatory to attach to the request a proposal of Learning Agreement for Studies, already signed by the student and the home university. Simultaneously (or preceded), an email message from the home institution should be sent directly to the same address (incoming@usai.uminho.pt), declaring support to the extension request made by the student.

MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIPS

The request must be made by e-mail to the address: incoming@usai.uminho.pt until 30 days before the end of the traineeship.

It is mandatory to attach to the request a proposal of Learning Agreement for Traineeships, already signed by the student and the home university. Simultaneously (or preceded), an email message from the home institution should be sent directly to the same address (incoming@usai.uminho.pt), declaring support to the extension request made by the student.
