 Academic Management Services

The Academic Management Services is responsible for managing the administrative processes related to the access, enrollment, path and school performance of the University's students, namely proceeding with the administrative organization of the registrations and the issuing of certificates and diplomas, as well as providing assistance to students on the campuses of Gualtar (Braga ) and Azurém (Guimarães).

In addition to the on-site, video call, phone and e-mail services (around 150,000/year), the Academic Management Services provide students and prospective applicants a range of information and services via this Academic Portal. 

Since July 2012, the Academic Management Services (formerly designated Academic Services) are a certified entity under the Quality Management System in accordance with standard NP EN ISO 9001, an international reference for the certification of the quality management system, which recognises the efforts undertaken by the organisations to guarantee product and/or service compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

In periods of high confluence of users, the service ticket distribution may be momentarily suspended in order to allow ticket holder users to be assisted within the operating hours of the services.
Priority assistance to people with disabilities or incapacity (degree equal to or greater than 60% recognized in a multipurpose certificate), elderly people (age equal to or greater than 65 years), pregnant women and people accompanied by children (up to 2 years of age).
