Yes! If…
- You do not have Portuguese citizenship;
- You are not a citizen of a Member State of the European Union;
- You are not a relative of Portuguese or of citizens of a Member State of the European Union;
- You have not been legally living uninterruptedly in Portugal for more than 2 years as of 01 January of the year of application;
- You are not beneficiary, as of 01 January of the year of application, of equal status of rights and duties assigned under an international treaty;
- You are not on a programme of international mobility coming from a foreign university.
UMinho may also provides a Foundation Course for International Students, designed
for students who have completed upper/secondary education abroad and
wish to have preparation before enrolling on a Bachelor and Integrated
Master courses.
