The University of Minho offers a wide range of Master (or
Specialization) courses
. All these cycles of studies can be attended on a part-time basis.

The application for these cycles of studies is done online through the
Academic Portal, being defined specific vacancies for the application of international students.
According to the Law, international students are those who, cumulatively:
- You do not have Portuguese citizenship;
- You are not a citizen of a Member State of the European Union or of a State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;
- You are not a relative of Portuguese or of citizens of a Member State of the European Union or of a State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;
- You have not been legally living uninterruptedly in Portugal for more than 2 years as of 01 January of the year of application;
- You are not beneficiary, as of 01 January of the year of application, of equal status of rights and duties assigned under an international treaty;
- You are not on a programme of international mobility coming from a foreign university.
