The
day before the beginning of the period for registration and enrolment,
an e-mail message will be sent to the admitted applicants (to the e-mail address provided in the application process) with the login to
access the Academic Portal.
Necessary documents
Photo (180x180 size and .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .bmp or .png format)
Civil and tax identification document
Personal health booklet, with proof of valid anti-tetanus vaccine (.pdf format)
For international students, self-declaration of means of subsistence (
download), duly completed and signed

Additional informationEnrollment and registration takes place exclusively online, through any computer with internet access.
To access the registration and enrollment area, simply use the access login that was sent by email and start by creating the password (
here).
Students who were previously enroled in a PhD degree, and therefore already have a login and password to access the Academic Portal, should use their current password to perform their registration and enrolment in the degree in which they were admitted.
