Re-entry to complete the taught part of the course
The student who intends to complete the taught part of the course, after a period of interruption of his registration, must apply for re-entry, through the Electronic Desk of the Academic Portal in Requests > New Request > Other Requests > Generic Request > Re-Entry (completion of the taught part), as long as that component of the course is functioning.
Period to apply
PhD with curricular component initiated in the 1st semester of the academic year: 13 July to 13 August, 2026
PhD with curricular component initiated in the 2nd semester of the academic year 09 December, 2026, to 08 January, 2027
Enrolment period (after authorization)
PhD with curricular component initiated in the 1st semester of the academic year: 01 to 04 September, 2026
PhD with curricular component initiated in the 2nd semester of the academic year: 01 to 05 February, 2027

Re-entry to pursuit or complete the thesis
The student who intends to pursuit or complete the thesis, after a period of interruption of registration, must apply for re-entry, through the Electronic Desk of the Academic Portal in Requests > New Request > Other Requests > Generic Request > Re-Entry(thesis/dissertation/placement/project work).

PhD with curricular component initiated in the 1st semester of the academic year: until October 15, 2026
PhD with curricular component initiated in the 2nd semester of the academic year: until March 15, 2027
PhD without curricular component: at any time
