 Enrolment Renewal and Re-Enrolment in PhD Degrees

Academic Year 2019/2020

Enrolment period

Doctoral programmes initiated in the 1st semester of the academic year: 23 to 27 September 2019
Doctoral programmes initiated in the 2nd semester of the academic year: 5 to 12 March 2020
Doctoral programmes in the tutorial regime: each year, during the month of admission to the degree

Necessary documents
Scanned civil and tax identification document if termination date has been exceeded
Scanned personal health booklet if the expiry date of the anti-tetanus vaccine has been exceeded

In these circumstances, all documents should be submitted via Electronic Desk of the Academic Portal in Requests > New Request  > Change Personal Data.

Enrolment fees
Enrolment fee: 26 euros
Registration fee (if applicable): 100 euros​
Students' Union fee (optional): 12 euros

Additional information
The completion of the re-enrolment process in the referred period will only be possible for students who were enrolled in previous academic in the 1st school and intend to complete the curricular component of the course.
The re-enrolment for thesis completion of the students that have been registered in the previous academic year in the last year of the course (for the first time) will be performed in the Academic Portal in the month following the deadline for thesis submission. 

The following situations are excluded from the online enrolment process:
- Students re-enrolling after an interruption in their studies. The re-enrolment must be requested within 30 days (continuous) from the beginning of the academic year;
- Students re-enrolling in the final year (not for the first time) of their cycle of studies. The re-enrolment must be requested during the month following the deadline for the submission of the dissertation.

In these situations, re-enrolment should be requested in the Academic Services, preferably through Electronic Desk of the Academic Portal in Requests > New Request > Other Requests > Generic Request > Type Re-Enrolment.

After notification of the decision, enrolment will be performed on-site in the Academic Services.
