The online electronic verification system allows students and former students of the University of Minho to prove their academic situation.
The access to this system is made by introducing a valid key, previously provided to the student, and that might be given by himself to third parties who wish to certify his academic situation, for various purposes.
The online electronic verification constitutes full proof of the facts in which they are substantiated, eliminating the use of the certificate / declaration in paper and is available to be consulted, all the time, either by the student or by the entities to whom the code is, by himself, supplied. The information provided is verifiable only by electronic means, not being valid if printed.
The access to the online electronic verification system is valid for a one year period. After this period, the student will have to make a new request.
